Matt from Jerk Masters came to us with his new range of Premium Australian beef jerky, wanting a more rough, masculine feel to the brand. With a range of different flavours of jerky, he was wanting to make sure consumers could easily see the flavour options and have the “Premium Australian” as a selling point, and as lovers of jerky ourselves we wanted to help him stand out from the other Jerky options on the market!

WHAT WE CREATED

To gain insight and inspiration, we inaugurated with benchmark research on beef jerky packaging.  We commenced the logo implimenting the essance of a cattle branding iron mark, we carried the textured, masculine look through the design with a kraft pouch, bold colour splashes and rough hand typography. A targeted colour palette was utalised to differentiate the range of flavours. Earthy tones, the combination of bold splash design and strong colour also bring the much needed shelf appeal to the brand and full beef jerky packaging design and branding. We love Jerk Masters Jerky!
